Project Aims:

  • Create an app that is appealing, easy to use and is engaging

  • Ensure the app fulfils the client's objectives

  • Produce an App that is suitable for people from all backgrounds and ages due to nature of the business

Some of the objectives of the client was:

 

Ease of accessibility

So that the users and carers can sign up easily and manage clients that they have matched with and can manage their contracts. Find new contracts easily. Easy for people who want part time jobs and can find jobs, can easily register as cover buddies.

The flexibility for the use of the app. 

Free to use the free features of the apps, use the other features to manage their business monthly subscriptions 

Site Map Design System

Here is the sitemap of the Care Dial App, which showcases how each section of the app will look and the sections it includes. A (UX) sitemap is a map of the various pages located on the app. The purpose of the UX sitemap is to be able to visualise how individual webpages or site sections are related to each other and will be presented within the final design. After corresponding with the client, I understood what outcome the client was looking for and created this site map. The Client wanted 4 main parts of the app, being: USER (CBPAC) LOG IN 1, USER (IPAC) LOG IN 2, SIGN UP PAGE and the Care Receiver's section. The Care Reciever's section was left out as the client wanted to focus on the main aspects of the app being the Carer's sections.

This is the wireframe journey of the home page to the sign up page. This section shows the wireframe journey from the User who is a Carer's perspective.

I used low/mid fidelity wireframing to design how the UI of each page would look.
